Nice reaction guys. Keep up the Russian study but prepare for a struggle ! I've been at it 2 years now and I'm just about level of a five-year-old. Been following this band VoB a couple of years now. They're a bit older than people on here are saying- two are 19 and I think the bassist is 18. Still pretty young considering the level they're at. There's a great back story. These are not privileged kids. Their parents are farm labourers and homemakers in a village in Java and they went to a conservative school- a madrassa- like most kids of poor parents in that area. Apparently they were troublesome kids and were encouraged into forming a school band to give them some focus. There were several kids originally but over the years most dropped out and then there were only 3. Their music teacher is now their manager and he co-writes the songs with them. You're not far off with the RATM comparison- they've got quite a few RATM covers scattered around KZbin. Couple of links for you if you can find the time. Just saw your video, guys. Baceprot is a Sundanese word, a traditional language in Indonesia, means noisy. Voice of Baceprot means Voice of the noisy. Baceprot's pronunciation would be Ba is similar with bu from bus, Ce is similar with chat, prot is the same with protagonist.
