Actually you didn't tell how to use lest with actions in past or continuous. Like the sentence; I didn't go there lest he should have seen me. (Main wahan nahi gaya kahin aisa na ho jaye ke woh mujhe dekh le.) Or, I call her lest she should be sleeping. (Maine use call kiya kahin aisa na ho woh so rahi ho.)
