This is a fun little clip that I always enjoy seeing others react to. Dimash never makes a big deal of the fact that he sung next to Bocelli, though. I'm sure he'll have many opportunities in his life to sing next to famous opera singers and pop singers alike. For anyone who is new to Dimash fandom or anyone else who doesn't know, we serious Dears have gotten him to #1 in requests on MTV's youtube channel Friday Livestream. We've kept him there for three weeks in a row but came within 30 minutes of failing him last week before a furious last minute surge of requests from those of us who were there to the end. We need the support of a few more Dimash Dears in order to keep him at the top where he wants and deserves to be. Anyone who can help should tune into the livestream every Friday from 5-8 pm New York time and type REQUEST DIMASH as many times as possible in the chat to the right of the streaming video during the three hours the program is airing. It's the least we can do for Dimash after all the joy with which he has provided us.

I bet Dimash was nervous because he's always said that Andrea is a hero of his. Great reaction. They were both appearing on a that Igor Krutoy put together in an ice rink. It was an amazing show & Lara Fabian was there too - another of Dimash's hero's or, in her case, heroine! They actually sang together too. I first discovered Lara on utube & when I listened to reactors on her they kept saying well she must be good because Dimash is a fan of her, so I had to look for Dimash & now love them both. If you haven't reacted to Lara Fabian you should take a look at her singing Adagio & Je Suis Malade & her version of Caruso is amazing. She is another one who sings in around 13 languages and is actually fluent in quite a few of them. Thanks for your reaction to this one. Great! 👍👏

He did the hand cupping thing a few times. I remember he did it in the singer competition for Unforgettable day and also when he performed Daybreak during the singer competition. You might understand better what happened in the singer version of Unforgettable day. He was either cupping his ear or checking his in ear but I think he was going for the D8 and when it didn't come out he jumped over to something else. Either way, quite brilliant for on the spur of the moment.

I love Dimash from bottom of my heart. I adore him as much as I can and I explain why below. I like your reactiobs as well.😀 But to be honest they were singing opera stuff. It was good but nothing special or extraordinary or powerfull in comparison with other good opera singers. Dimash is educated opera singer. It is nothing special. See for example big opera star Luciano Pavarotti - Dimash's idol. What distinguished Dimash from other artist including opera singers is absolutely amazing technique, ability to switch not only registers but styles. This is amazing and unforgettable ( I dont mention unique tone, sound, colour of voice)He deserves for attention with his fascinating vibrato control. This is very rare even in opera world. Many singers sing with vibrato and are not able to switch it off. He authenticaly rules his vocal chords and breath. And this is impressive for me.

To be honest and it's my own opinion: Dimash a GREAT singer, that's out of question....but I personally think that he doesn't tell stories when he's singing. It's all about technique when he sings, but not about emotions. I rather listen to someone who might not be a perfect singer, but touches hearts with his singing, then someone who's just good at singing. As I said, it's my own opinion and I absolutely do NOT dislike or hate him in any way! And if he touches your heart, that's great!!!

Oh dear! I always feel its a pity there are a few ppl who miss out on the emotional powerhouse of Dimash😘😉🤗 So many vocal coaches and viewers follow him bc of his ability to connect hearts. Grown men and women tear up just hearing the beauty in his voice when he sang Ave Maria Ave Amor in LILAD (abbr) many cry at the sheer beauty of the moment and the way he tells the story of love in that song. In Daybreak the Chinese audience was so moved by his delivery of a tragic love story between parents and their child. Idk Chinese but the range of emotions emanating from that performance for me was like Marigold, both needed Kleenex. Its a pity you're not 'getting' that side of Dimash. Its hard to emote our humanity when we don't allow ourselves to be vulnerable. Dimash is the most vulnerable and courageous artist of our time and that is why his emotional intelligence is probably his biggest drawcard😉

@@shrekswife2164 I totally agree. We are very lucky that we can feel Dimash. Obviously this is not always the case. But never say never. I have heard so many stories how people first rejected Dimash for whatever reasons. One girl told he disliked him because of her parents. They were enthusiastic about Dimash and listened him all the time. She didn't get along with them, so she decided to ignore him. But still, as she said, some day Dimash's voice "went to her heart" and she broke and everything changed. She became a true fan. There are also many people who dislike Dimash's fans or "all that fuss" around him (especially in Russia). So they reject Dimash, even bash him. I have red many comments about how one day some of those felt his voice and became fans. So it is possible not to "get" feelings instantly. Sometimes it takes time. Still, there will always be some who never feel Dimash. (As unbelievable as it seems to us.) I am rather tired to hear again and again those claims that "Dimash doesn't transmite anything"/ can't emote his songs. Like "he is technically perfect but..." and then "he lacks emotions", so nothing matters, hahaa! Phew! Sometimes this may be an excuse, since they can't find any other flaws. But I do think some people really believe that Dimash sings without emotions. All that because they themselves can't feel his songs/singing. Their reasoning is essentially wrong, since their feelings, "their truth", is not universal truth. This person above somehow understands that there are people who feel Dimash/ that he obviously transmites feelings to them. But still she claims Dimash is only a technical singer without emotions - just because of her own lack of feelings, her personal "truth". A little bit confusing, isn't it? Well, I can't "feel" many singers but never think that they can't emote at all. Of course they can - their fans are proof of that. :)
