I haven't stopped to listen to the music in more than a decade. All the performers blended together on my drives from home to work and back. Not once did i care to even find out what song or performer was on the radio since it all repeats day after day. During the shutdown in NYC seeing hundreds being reported dead 500-800 each day and within a 30 mile radios from me, stuck at home, i decided to click on a video. It was Morissette on the Wish bus singing ""Akin Ka Na Lang"" discovering her was a huge highlight in what would otherwise be on the worst years in recent memory. Through her i found people are reacting to her, i didn't even know the vocal reactions existed let alone being this big on KZbin. People having interesting conversations in those reaction comment sections. She was the gateway drug to so many incredible vocalists I've never heard. She deserves all the success in the world.

Morissette Amon has mastered Secret.Love Song to such extent that even members of Little Mix and Jason Derulo (the song writer) were awed by this particular performance by Morissette. Jade Thirlwall actually posted a video of her and other LM members excitedly watching this magnificent rendition of SLS by Morissette at the 2017 Asia Song Festival in South Korea. Someone could even be heard exclaiming "Jesus!" as Morissette was hitting the high notes. Also awed were organizers of the ASF- so much that they invited her to represent the Philippines to the 2018 ASF, earning Morissette the distinction of being the first and only artist to have performed in the said prestigious music festival for two years in a row. 👏👏👏 to your reaction Nina.

Such a Joy to watch the reactions on this channel! This performance is insane on all accounts! Morissette has streamed live during Quarentine and has reacted to several of her performances. This was one of the performances she reacted to. Hearing the BTS of all that went on here was fascinating! She along with a couple of vocalists from her backing band "Third Avenue " did the background vocals for this performance! That was something I didn't know! Honestly What she pulled off here many seasoned performers wouldn't dare! Holding the stage alone , no back up dancers or elaborate sets, just her undeniable charisma, and that magnificent voice! Your face, you were awed by the vastness of her voice. Based by the looks from your face, you're having a series of what you called an "EARGASM". Yeah, this is what usually happens to uhmm.. I don't know.. to Everyone everytime they listens to our "Asia's Phoenix", "The Slay Queen", "The Philippines' Pride" and our one and only Morissette Amon. What happened is you don't just listen to her, you experience and live Morissette Amon. It's as if you're sitting down, listening to her while she sings and then... Boom💣 unexpectedly right in the face. You didn't see it coming and all of a sudden, she rocks your world upside down over and over with her vocal control, techniques, runs, riffs, range, register, resonance, squeak, breaks, cry, vibrato, tone, belt and who doesn't remember her divine whistle notes let's not forget about that. You see, she does not only have a lots of character to her vocals but also the genuinely expressions from her very beautiful face, there is so much passion and talent to convey emotion and connection which really assists in delivering the story of the song. She is the living manifestation of an euphonious angelic voice, who comes down from the heavens to drench everyone's heart with an overabundance of everlasting love. It's like someone roundhouse kick you at the back of your soul and you're going into a limbo in a world where hatred and chaos doesn't exist, what there is only love and peace. She leaves you stranded with an overwhelmed of speechless emotions. Ohhh.. Hi Nina, I'm glad that you enjoyed that as much as the rest of us. Killer vocals from Mori. I'm sure that you have been inadated with requests for Asian Song Festival 2018. The organisers realised that most of the audience don't speak much English. A lot of them don't know the songs Morissette sang in the performance you just reacted too. So provided a translator to the Korean audience when Mori introduced herself to the audience for the 2018 Festival. Especially when she sang a Korean song that's popular in their karaoke bars. She sang most of it in English but sang the last part in Korean. The audience went more nuts than in the 2017 Festival performance. Like I said Zara Larsson was also performing and immediately rushed to Morissette to congratulate her on her awesome performance. She was so impressed.
