Danke Susanna für diese hervorragende Analyse. Ich liebe dieses neue Video und Lied. Ich glaube, ich war so geblendet von der Güte von Dimash, dass ich nichts Böses sehen konnte. Ich sah einen einsamen und verspielten Vampir. Dimash hat ein sehr schelmisches Lächeln, während er vorgibt, der Dame in Weiß in den Hals zu beißen. Also für mich klingt das überhaupt nicht nach einem Psychopathen, sondern nach einem "Wesen" ,das sich nach Frieden,Geborgenheit und Liebe sehnt und es in diesem einen Menschen sucht ,der ihm wie ein Engel/Erlösung erscheint. Er ist ein Wesen der Nacht und sehnt sich nach dem Licht . Ich sehe hinter der ganzen Dramatik ,eine offene und nachvollziehbare Botschaft . Erinnert mich ein wenig an das Phantom der Oper . Beide verlorene Seelen ,auf der Suche nach Liebe und Frieden .

Ja, stimmt, ich musste auch an Phantom der Oper denken. Naja, war eine spontane Reaktion. Ist ja auch die Frage inwiefern das Phantom ein Psychopath ist, oder durch sein Lebenslauf geworden ist... Im Gegensatz zum Männerbild Raoul... Gibt da ja verschiedene Theorien

Thank you! It was fun watching you watch the video :) The lyrics tells that he is enslaved and wants freedom. That he 'has chains all around me' and that she is his gateway to heaven - to freedom from where he is. He isn't evil, but he needs her love and to love her to bring him free from the dark world where he lives. 'Not gonna lie, I come to life when I've got you'. and that she frees him from loneliness, and when he comes home to her 'sweet love' everything is good. The music video story is that the young girl is an unknown reporter who 'DQ' (Dimash Qudaibergen) has granted an interview. He is secretive about his private life and she is nervous about doing it and overwhelmed that he granted her an interview when he hasn't granted one to more known reporters. On the way there she imagines/dreams that his unknown private life is that of a vampire, and that he is in love with her and that she is his salvation and that is the mv. Then she wakes and she raises the newspaper that says that an unknown reporter will interview him and unlock the mystery of his private life. :D Very fun ! The song/lyrics could actually be used to tell the story of any form of confinement or slavery that is saved by love. But Dimash chose to give us this very cool vampire video with this new song that has R&B/soul/blues/rock elements that we have not heard from him before. His vocals are stellar of course! :)

Susanna, was ich beobachtet habe ist, viele legen eine Grafik über das eigentliche Video um Copyright Sperren zu umgehen. Nur so als Tipp! Die Story des Liedes ist inspiriert von Interview mit einem Vampir! ^^ Dimash möchte in den US amerikanischen Markt rein und daher der neue Stil. PS.: In "Story of One Sky" wirst du den "Werte-Dimash" par excellence sehen!
