I remember my mom being so excited in the 80s when she came out with her new music!! I was 12 and fell in love right along with my mom!! So amazing!

I've been an avid lifelong fan of Tina Turner. She was a total powerhouse vocalist and performer. Definitely one of the best live performers I've seen. She will be missed, but her legacy lives on.

I saw Tina perform when she came to Brisbane. She was already in her 60's. I told myself that if I had that much energy when I was her age I'd be doing exceptionally well. Tina was an absolute dynamo on stage as well as at the Opening of Super league in Brisbane. Unbelievable that when she separated from Ike, he gave her nothing and she didn't get anything from their 'collaboration.' But she rose above all that like Aretha Franklin and Cher. What a woman! Ruva Ngwenya played the role in Tina Turner (the musical) in Brisbane with the same incredible exuberance.

We saw her in the mid 80s in St Paul MN. U.S. break all the rules tour. Xcel center hockey arena. An extremely dynamic performer. Her diction was excellent was was Whitney Houston. She also had a wonderful sax player as a back up. I think it was Boney James. Great analysis.Plus she looked great at her age.

She's 70 years old then. Who can be so amazing and effective in a live concert at that age? A few people can, yes. But just a few of them.

G'day, Dr Dan. I would like to suggest to you a young artist, Angelina Jordan, that has simply blown me away with her live performances since she was 7 years old. She is currently 18 years old and has recently released a jazz version of her song, Bad Valentine which has managed to make it to the top of the Australian itunes jazz songs chart. She has recently hinted that she will be touring soon and i am praying that we can entice her to visit Australia. Anyway, i hope you can find the time to listen to her and i will look forward to hearing your thoughts on her abilities. Regards from Western Australia.
