He sung all that while drunk!! In fact he was drunk in all shows of this tour with Tribuzzy. It was sort of like a vacation. He wanted to go on tour for his solo album Tiranny Of Souls but could not due to commitments with Iron Maiden (and Iron Maiden is very professional, they were never the sort of crazy "drugs, sex and rock n roll" kind of band. So after his commitments with Iron Maiden were over at that time, he went out on this not very official solo tour. And enjoyed it. Bruce singing while drunk is still better than many sober frontmen.

Not only is Bruce a great singer and performer. He's a pilot, flew maiden around on tour. He's a recent cancer survivor, a professional fencer, writes books and is it a PhD or something like that. I've been a Maiden fan since I was way young when I first saw the cover for Piece of Mind. Hooked. I've seen them many times. Neither Bruce or the band have had a off night. Spot on everytime. And ofcourse theres Eddie....best mascot ever.

I was hooked after seeing the "Maiden Japan" cover. Bruce is much better a fit for Maiden than Paul Dianno was. I saw them live years ago, the Give me ed til I'm dead tour. No better showman in metal, well, Tobias Forge of Ghost is great also. Bruce does it without being a character like Forge does, just a man on stage entertaining fans. I LOVE Ghost also.

You know what is hard? It's hard to sing for 2 hours, run, dance and entertain tens of thousands of people. Your lungs should be built like blacksmith's bellows nad your throat from pure metal. Go on dude and show us how you would sing it after lets say 1 hours of singing like that, ok? Dont be pathetic

Like others already said, he is actually the Iron Maiden vocalist. Tears od the Dragon is the big hit from the first solo album after he left Iron Maiden (Balls to Picasso) - Note, is not his 1st solo album, he recorded Tattoed Millionaire when he was in Maiden (1990). Bruce "The Air Ride Siren" Dickinson, is not only a great singer, he's also one of the best frontman you can find in rock nowadays. But, beside musician and songwriter, he is/was... long list: - Airplane Pilot - commercial pilot (don't know if still flying for a commercial company now) - actually, Iron Maiden during the tours travels on their own plane (B747 -Ed Force One), with Bruce behind the commands - Writer - Foil Fencer (was invited to join the UK Olympic team in the 80s, I think) - entrepreneur - Broadcaster (TV and Radio) Tears Of a Dragon it's about how he was feeling in Iron Maiden at that time. btw, he just came out from successfully recovering from throat cancer - but he already back to tours!! Still in great shape!! This "guy" it's a great inspiration.
