I've seen comments about Ken's facial expressions... bug eyes, lizard tongue, body language, he's hard to watch etc. How it hurts his sound. This is a great example that it doesn't stop him from sounding great and can hit almost all of the notes by Dimash. I have Ken's vocal lessons and it's helping and someday I hope to sound half as good. I see how the presentation makes a big impact. Dimash looks so relaxed and free to express how he feels. It's a joy to watch and listen to Dimash, It's truly amazing...but Ken has a great voice and is a Great teacher from my point of view. He also seems like a good person. Thanks Ken keep up the Great work.

I'm sure women would never say anything bad about Ken, he is a handsome man. Some gays must envy him a lot. Ken has to be more expressive to show how to regulate the voice - he is teaching. He is not just commenting with oh, ah, wow and catching a breath and looking for a dropped jaw, like some people do. They are really boring to death. May cat can do better reactions.
@MadanRajaRock5 жыл бұрын
Facial expressions may be hard to look at but the claim that they hurt the singing is unsubstantiated. Or at least way over generalised. Sometimes they can indicate tightness but I could point to a number of examples of great singers who have done lots and lots of singing over a huge range and who do things to their face that have no bearing on their voice (except perhaps in a positive way!).
@sweet2th6575 жыл бұрын
Is there anything wrong with his face expressions? I like his tongue, I can clearly see what work must a singer do while singing. He makes everything clear, and he knows he is great. I think this man even didn't notice all those comments (where did you fond them?) Cos he is all in the music, having fan and sharing with us his research work.

Ken. Tell those "critics" that are bashing on this prodigy, that if they could achieve all he has done by singing as well as he does in as many non native tongues as he can, then...and only then, can anyone have the privilege of criticizing this absolutely FLAWLESS master of his craft. I'm with you all the way on this one.

He hypnotised you. 😘🇧🇪. What’s stunning with Dimash he can and is open all singing. No barriers between rock, opera, pop. If you want react to screaming , there is the official video which is amazing, but in idol hit version, he makes some changes and incorporated folk sounds and rap. Thank you and take care.

I am really enjoying these reactions to Dimash. I am intrigued by someone of Ken's massive talents doing these kinds of reviews. Ken has always been one of my favorite rock singers. Fell in love with his voice on the first Shout album. I also sang for an 80's rock band in Texas and was the opening act for lots of 80's bands that came through town. I would have given anything back in the day to have a vocal coach of Ken's quality....not only can he teach it....he can do it!! As for Dimash....he is a God send. In a world full of auto tune, he is divinely different. Most music fans in the West tend to want to put artist in a box, where they can only do one thing. Eastern fans and their artist are not like that. They expect flexibility and variety in what their artist can do. Dimash is bigger than any one style. Unfortunately, music fans in the West are way behind....time to catch up...Dimash is the future.

In my opinion, his most underrated performance by everyone. People go around with Adagio, SOS, Sinfull Passion even Late Autumn (not to mention daybreak and unforgetable day) but for me this one is definitely in my top 3 of his interpretations. I always thought there was so much going on about his technic to sing this song and you just cleared any doubt about it. Its so interesting to listen you explaining and singing too. Thanks mate, keep on this incredible work!

Dimash has improved his English, stage presence and singing techniques to a whole other level, proof of it watch Stranger both versions the on in his YT channel and the one in Youku TV for his Chinese audience. Imagine how amazing he is going to be at Kent's age. In an interview Dinash said that he sees himself in the future as an old man still doing music. God bless him so he can stay with us for as long as he can. In a world where there's so much wrong is refreshing to see so much going right musically in Dinash. He is bringing a new music era.

Freddy's footsteps are so huge that every singer who covers him looks like a toddler in comparison. With this in mind, Dimash's performance is incomparably greater than his "voice acrobatics". There will always be people who want to criticize when they know they are incapable of coming close to what they mock. This was the first song Dimash sang in English and he only improved with each performance. I wonder how those haters would sound to sing a song in Russian or Kazak. So much so he sang with Montserrat Cabaret, the famous Spanish soprano... 'Barcelona". His admiration for her turned into a close and sincere friendship that lasted until Freddie's tragic death. So DIMASHs operatic heritage shone in his performance of Show Must Go On. FANTASTIC👏👏👏

Nevermind just the octave changes, it's the mastery of so many different tones and sub-tones as well as transitioning to and from and in between them which I find arguably even more crazy than just purely his vocal octave range. I find there is way too much focus on Dimash's vocal octave range and wayyyy not enough on his insane amount of tones, tone-transitions as well as his dynamics which are nuts.
