I'm not a singer but to me this song seems like it would be very difficult to stay on pitch. This type song I would normally never listen to but I love it and is currently on heavy rotation on my playlist right between Apocalyptica and Rammstein. It sounds great, and I love orchestras. I would really enjoy a video explaining more in depth information about Dimash's vocal range. I see so many claims in comments and I'm not sure what is true and what isn't. Thank you for the great reaction. 💕

Dimash has said that he doesn't like to focus on his range, since he uses it to express emotion, rather than showing off. In one interview, however, when asked about his range, he said "5 or 6 octaves; sometimes more". Of course, our human tendency is to stretch it beyond what he stated...

It's not the easiest song to sing, especially the ending but Dimash doesn't lose his pitch for a second! I'll see what I can do about the range video!

@@teame51 Yep, the range is not everything. There are people that can sing a very high note but that doesn't mean all their notes up to that one are well controlled. Dimash really knows how to make the most of every register he has

@@JustMyOpinion1010 , such an in-depth and well-constructed review-thanks! Just today, I saw a clip of a slightly younger Dimash on some TV show. He and another singer were asked to hold a sustained note for as long as they could. The other singer went first, and he held the note for around 25 seconds, I think. Dimash went next, holding the note for about 17 seconds. We would all know that he purposely let the other guy shine, since Dimash can sustain notes for a very long time. His lack of pretense is so beautiful!! And, yes, he is incomparable, on so many levels!!

OMG, Dimash you are an Angel💗💗💗, I was in Dimash's NY concert, spectacular.. I will not get tired of hearing this young man with that wonderful gift, I cannot believe that a single human being has so much in himself, passion, emotion, beautiful personality, a great heart, and a pure and unique technique. Love it! Also, a great coincidence and pleasant surprise happened to me Dec 9, in New York, day before the concert. When I was about to enter the NY library I saw Dimash's parents who were also entering, Dimash's younger brother was our translator ... that was a nice meeting..I had some photos with them ....❤❤❤❤

Thank you!!! For explaining about the mic!!! I heard this effect on his first performance of Love is Like a Dream too!! That's why I'm convinced that it wasn't lipsynced! I've had it with narrowminded people who think many of his performances are lipynced JUST BECAUSE THEY SOUND TOO PERFECT FOR THEM!! 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 They don't care about other aspects like mouth shape, body posture, larynx movement, different background music, mic sounds, etc which indicate he's singing live! They'll make up excuses for everything and will call us "blinded by love" 🙄🙄🙄 errrr..... no! I'm just too observant to the small things, duh??!! 😑 Funny thing is, even if vocal coaches say it's live, they will get mad 😂 I've found someone who got mad to elizabeth the charismatic voice because she put "lipsynced" performances as examples! She said she only used live ones but this person kept on bugging her 🤷‍♀️ vocal coaches know better, duh? 🙄

Loved your reaction as always! You need to check out "Vocalise" from his Arnau concert tour, from his channel-- it's a version of "Know" that's sung without lyrics, has a very intimate and raw feel to it, and is almost entirely just scatting and playing his voice like a guitar.

Немного по монтажу к данному видео. Ваш голос очень звучит громко. но когда звучала песня было тихо и не очень можно получить удовольствия от звучания. И мне кажется не совсем правильно, что когда звучат именно пюре исполнителя коментировать одновременно. Лучше остановить видео сказать своё мнение и затем только продолжать просмотр тем более таким как я приходится читать титры на русском языке. Извините если , много замечаний по реакции. Но Вы написали, что для русскоговорящих на своей страничке будет больше сервиса! Вот я и подписался!!! с уважением!!!

Yes. Igor is like a father figure. I mentor young men. Mostly West Africans. I am a white, less than young white guy descended of Austrians and Irish extraction American. My beautiful boys like Dimash have hearts pure and true as anyone would want. Dimash sings totally unconditionally from his heart. He holds nothing back.

Dimash with Igor is a perfect combo. But Dimash is also a songwriter and many love his song "Unforgettable day" whitch he made when he was 19. So he did have out of this world songs before Igor. Dimash did became famous without Igor because beside his own songs he did cover other songs but made them his own. You can see that with SOS and Sinful passion from the Slavic Bazaar. Igor was in the audience and did give Dimash a standing ovation at the end of those songs.
