So this time I actually read your title so you're a session singer and a vocal coach. In other words no only saying at studio recording sessions as a backup singer Whoopi f****** do. I will say that because you wouldn't be able to open your mouth and make a sound if you were on stage in a stadium with 90,000 fans. It's an obvious fact that you wouldn't be able to sing a no if you were flying over 90,000 fans like Jung Kook did and euphoria!

Nothing I said was out of turn. this was when Jungkook had to run from backstage because the lift was not working and sang directly when he reached the stage. still, he nailed the performance despite of small off key at the beginning. He really is one great performer. Truly the daredevil with the smooth voice.

What I like the most about Jungkook is the way he embodies a song, his or someone else’s. He puts so much emotion in his voice it’s always a joy to listen to.

Jungkook has always had a great control and he fully developed all ranges low, middle, and high. He's an incredible vocalist, not just because of high notes or belting, but because of his skills and techniques. His transitions between registers are smooth, he has incredible runs, great agility and sense of rhythm, and almost always perfect pitch. On top of that he has great control and stability of his vocals which is why he is so consistent with his delivery. His vocal tone has a natural autotune tonality to it and he is able to sing high or low but still keep the volume the same which is hard to do. And on top of all that you add his talents with adlibs, harmonizing, and background vocals because of his ability to blend any of the vocalists, rappers, or music. He sounds almost the same live as the studio version because they use minimal effects on his voice. All his solo song performances he pushes his mic vocals to front and center so you can always hear him 100% even while dancing. He's great because he still always works to continue improving

You got it right! That's the word I'm talking about... EFFORTLESS. Jungkook is not the type of singer who move a lot to look like his singing really high. He's like throwing his voice without doing anything. Vocal coaches and experts are the only one who can really notice that because most of the people will base on the expression of the singer (that's what I notice watching reaction videos)

@@mochikookie3381 “center” is an English word used in the Korean language to describe a group position. Jk is definitely the center and he’s always been. It was more obvious when they debuted bc he was literally in the center of all the group pictures, and was shown most often for promos. But now, even though he’s still technically the center and is still in the center more often than others, other members are put in the center for choreography and photos now more than ever. Being the center is a group position- any kpop fan who looks into the culture knows that. No one is saying jk is better than the rest, so don’t worry 💜

Jungkook is so good at keeping his voice crystal clear and crisp but still brings full emotions to it. Every Euphoria performance was a home run. You could tell how hard he worked rehearsing for it and how much it meant to him performing in front of army each time. Each performance there was sometime special. A different trill or riff here or there that made each one a joy to listen to. Check out Jungkook's My Time performance if you want a more RnB flair or one of his performances on King of the Masked Singer. "If you" is the highlight of that show. Give it a listen if you want to wreck your feelings for the day.

Jungkook just keeps getting better and better. I love hearing him sing solos, but I also love listening for him in the background of so many BTS songs. He’s usually the one to provide backing vocals, harmonies (behind both the vocal line and the rap line), and ad libs. And he knows just how to use his voice in all of those situations to blend in beautifully with the rest of the track. Sometimes you don’t even realize he’s there at first, but the song would not sound right without him. I think his voice in the background is one of the things that gives BTS their overall “sound,” which can be difficult to define because they work in so many different genres.

Yes thank you for this reaction! I first listened to bts during quarantine and there was something in Jungkook's voice that caught my attention immediately. The more I got into them and the more videos/songs I heard of them, the more I fell in love with his voice. He's one of the few singers who's made me cry. I'm really looking forward to him releasing "decalcomania" because the snippet he shared on twitter gave me shivers and made me cry. He sings with so much emotion and it touched my heart in a way I hadn't ever experienced. I think that's what I love about him, every song, he sings with so much emotion yet he sings so effortlessly! He has in incredible balance between technique, stability, emotion and soulfulness in his voice. I could seriously write paragraphs on his voice and how it makes me feel every single time I hear him sing. Let me just end by saying, I love Jungkook's voice more than anything and I admire how hard he continuously works on improving himself when he's already incredible and out of this world. What I think is crazy is not only that Jungkook is eager to fly above the crowd while singing his very personal very beautiful song to an ARMY of fans but how much he's got in his eyes for all the fans. I think Jungkook has the first solo during this concert so before this it was their opening song which is super challenging choreography hardcore song Dionysus and then a medley of favorite hits that are all really energetic choreography then they all introduce themselves and welcome the crowd there's a short video and Jungkook sings this song. It doesn't really have a chance to fully recover from how hard they were dancing. Jungkook probably dances the hardest though it's a competition with jimin.

Gosh watching these makes me miss their concerts even more 😭 I saw Euphoria live 3 times as well and it was just flawlessly beautiful each time. For the Love Yourself tour in 2018 Jungkook just did the choreography with no flying, and the flying part was added in the Speak Yourself tour in 2019. It was such a nice surprising touch to the performance, and I still don’t know how he was able to sing with his feet barely on solid ground! I saw the SY concert for two days in Chicago, and if any Army was there y’all know how freezing cold it was 🥶 For the first day he flew but basically froze to death, and the second day was even colder and rainy, so they made the wise decision to not make him fly. I was sad since I had floor seats that day and was excited to see him fly on top of my section, but I was also so glad that they didn’t let him fly because he would’ve definitely gotten sick from the cold and rain. Still one of the best days of my life 🥺

I loved this reaction. You have become my favorite. Not only are you describing the anatomy, but when you give a demonstration of how it's achieved it becomes so clear. In one video you described lifting something heavy and the strain/ pressure it put on the voice and I finally understood what other vocal coaches had failed to make clear.

With Jungkook you can really notice how he was born to sing. He was also the youngest of the members to start singing and you can really notice it. Every member of BTS can sing incredibly well but with Jungkook it always just feels like it's flowing out of his soul. Jimin also throws himself into notes a lot and of course Jin is incredibly talented while Taehyung's range surprises me every single day but it's just... different. Yea as you said, he always sings so effortlessly
