The Santana strut is really just the Naya strut. I loved Naya's approach to songs and the ad libs that she would throw in to make the song her own while doing a good job paying homage to the original artist. I love this version so much more than the original and hardly ever listen to Selena's version.

I never really liked Finn to be honest.... He was the only jock in glee that was repeatedly ashamed of being in Glee and also of being with Rachel. Puck was proud when he was with Rachel, and he, Mike, Matt and Sam were never ashamed of being in Glee whereas Finn often chose popularity over Glee and the Gleeks..

Hm I never really thought of it that way but I completely agree. Just never really liked Finn all that much for whatever reason and never could explain why. The show hyped up him so much and his relationship with Rachel mainly bc Rachel was in love with him, but he wasn’t very likable. Like no matter how bitchy Santana was, Finn outing her was so messed up! I don’t get how Santana was so quick to forgive him… I’m actually happy with Rachel ending up with Jesse at the end bc they share the same passion and ambition, and have great chemistry.

​@superninja6481 I'm sorry, I love Santana. But sometimes she behaved just disgusting. She bodyshamed people throughout all seasons. She took advantage of Brittany's naivety in the second season, convincing that kissing girls is not cheating. She told Rachel that she slept with Finn just because Finn turned her down. It's not okay. But people closed their eyes to her actions, just because it's Santana.I understand that what Finn did was wrong, but he didn't do it with evil intent, and he was sorry afterwards. He wasn't perfect, but neither was Santana.

@@KBeez Okay true, all solid points. I think it's easy to look past Santana's problematic behavior because she became this really badass likable character with bitchy tendencies and I mean bitchy as a positive. She kinda became this Glee "icon" partly bc of her character arc, which made us sympathize and connect with her emotionally, but also bc a lot of people love seeing Rachel get taken down a notch, and Santana was one of Rachel's main frenemies. She also exuded a very effortless, badass, give zero fucks, will tolerate no one's bullshit, energy like the way she confronted Brody every time for his shadiness. I think because she makes it easy for people to like her, people forget that she's done and said a lot of fucked up things, but ya know she mostly did that to Rachel and people think Rachel is annoying and full of herself, so they don't bat an eye. I think overall, Finn was a decent guy who made some mistakes, whereas, Santana was awful to start with, and grew to become a more caring, kind, genuine person, still with her own flaws that she never completely shakes off, and that's kind of the difference between them. It's just easy for people to prefer Santana bc she's so damn likable and Finn is kinda boring tbh...

@superninja6481 I agree. I think Naya did a great job with Santana, I don't think any other actress could make such a character likable. And It is because of Naya that people forgive Santana for some of her actions. I try to separate the actors from the characters. Thats why, for me, some of Santana's actions crossed the line of "being bitchy and truthful." Corey was also good, but some of Finn's story arcs were so weird that I wanted to ask, "wtf?" The writers threw his character from side to side. Today, I'm good. Today, I'm a jerk. And they did it again and again, and too often. And it really got boring. Also, at some point, he just became an accessory to Rachel. I think Finn had potential, but the writers just didn't give a damn about him. Corey deserved more for his character.

I believe she was pregnant during this time n later chosen to terminate the pregnancy I could be wrong but this was around the time that she was in the midst of a lot of personal things as well as on set issues which could've accounted for the breathing issues I know her singing was slightly different during this time as a result of personal things which makes sense but lemme say the world lost an amazing exceptional artist but overall human when she passed away rip Naya
