Actually Justin and Josh just learned to sing after being a trainee. Stell, Ken and Pablo have natural talent and have been singing since young although with no formal training. Edited: With no formal training - I mean they learned to sing on their own when they were still young or have innate talent in singing and was just further enhanced after formal training and years of experience.

May you mean they learned more some dynamics and advance techniques in their training but they can sing already just like other pinoys who can sing and just need more of the techniques like breathing, enunciating, etc to better sing some difficult songs to sing.

stell, ken and pablo can sing before formal training but now they also have formal training since then. I am always weirded out when people say professional filipino singers have no formal training, maybe in the beginning when they are just starting but im pretty sure they train as they grow their career nowadays.

The 3, Pablo, Ken and Stell are born singers, but the 4 boys ( Stell, Josh, Ken and Justin) concentrated on dancing (they were members of dance groups. Ken hated his deep voice when puberty striked, that's when he started dancing), before joining SBT as trainees.
