The season six New Directions are truly underrated. Absolutely amazing dynamic, some of the best vocalists we got (honestly Roderick, our lead singer here is probably the best male voice alongside Artie and Jake). If we had gotten to combine the season 4/5 group and season 6 group, it really would've been the best New Directions era.

Absolutely. Glee needed to either stick 100% with the original cast as they continued on past high school, or 100% introduce new characters and stay at McKinley High. The later seasons are a mess because the show didn't know where it wanted to land and was trying to do way too much at once. The Season 6 newbies never got a chance to shine.

I'm hesitant to want or suggest it, but they really could've gone full Degrassi style if they committed to the club and just kept going. And we could've still seen the old ones through the mentoring thing Finn started in season 4, we wouldn't have to lose them forever but the show had to pick a path

In the actual episode, he doesn't lip sync. He totally nails the top notes. You can definitely tell the creator who created the video, edited it a lot.

1:29 Okay, now you REALLY need to hear me out about the video you just watched. First of all, I need to explain that my videos are REEDITED to fit the full song, I usually repeat some scenes to match the lipsync. Almost every performance are good to edit and merge with the studio version, and this wasn't one of them, you need to remember that while watching. This happens rarely, currently I learned NOT TO USE lipsync at the wrong time unless it fits perfectly. Sorry about that, I hope the comments asking you to see the original performance don't stop you from watching my videos, a lot of them are really good. :( I'm improving my edits and skills every day to bring you good and different content from other channels, and I'm also remaking a lot of my older videos. This one now is at the top of my list. P.s.: I just reposted this video with a different edit.

The lipsync isn't his fault. It's the video that's used. The guy who edited them tried to do the full song but the episodes didn't played the entire song so he looped parts of the video and in this case, that vocal wasn't supposed to be used with that section of the video.

In season 6, episode 10 the Dalton Acadamy, the boys' school that had The Warblers burned down. They combined the Warblers and New Directions choirs and produced this super group choir.

Season 6 - it’s 3 years after the first class graduated (S3) 2 years after the second class graduates (middle of S5). Kurt and Rachel restart the glee club after it’s been disbanded after the second class loses nationals. Mr Shue leaves coaching Vocal Adrenaline (after glee ends at McKinley, he goes there), and Blaine has been coaching the Warblers until their school burnt down and they joined forces (hence the blazers/uniform in this performance). They all 4 coach the club together by this point.

And yes, they are season 6's New Directions, where the originals are high school graduates and the season 4 transfer schools with the exception of Kitty. Unique appears in a few episodes, but Melissa Benoist, Jacob Artist and Blake Jenner had already moved on to other productions. Hi! This is one of my fav songs from the last season of Glee. You were right, he's was originally from the TV show that Glee did but he and some others eventually came to the main show. The video you saw is NOT the actual performance but the full song with the performance video edited, that's why the lipsync seems so odd, you should check the performance video (which is way shorter) to see what I mean. About the lip singing…i don’t think he is bad at it. This is the excented version, from the studio Recording. The actual Performance is just half as long in the show..that‘s why some parts of the Performance were kinda off. They also used extra scenes, That don’t happen in the actual Performance.
