Feel you haven’t really noticed/ apprised Jin’s voice when he’s with the rest, so I really appreciated this video showcasing how talented and hard working he is. I don’t know if you know, but he didn’t start singing before he was like 20, so to be able to do what he does there is a lot of hard work, and off course talent. Love your reactions and how you analyze the voices, not only do I find it entertaining to watch, but I’m learning a lot as well.

The first ever BTS concert I went to was the Wings tour, and even though Jimin is my bias, Jin made me cry when he performed this song. Jin as a vocalist is so underrated, it gave me chills to how similar his voice sounded to the recording.

Jinnie is just as equally talented as the rest. It’s a pity he thinks he isn’t when he wrote this song. I relate to his goofy side the most and I think he is amazing. His solo tracks are my favourite! He knows he needs to work harder than the rest if not just as hard but always being underestimated by many people but it’s okay, a lot of us appreciates him. The way he sings is exceptional.. He isn’t just a pretty face. 💜

Jin was just an ordinary college student. However, he was cast on his way to college from home and became a 'Big Hit' trainee. So Jin started learning about singing for the first time in his life. A college student, who had no connection with music and had no interest in singing, suddenly gave up his college life and became a small and weak small- and medium-sized idol, becoming the eldest brother of BTS from the age of 22, and slept in a very small house with six younger brothers aged 21, 20, 20, 19, 19, and 17.(When BTS debuted and was an unknown idol even in Korea, seven member asleep in one room together😢) Despite trying to become a singer in such an environment, he grew up slowly and finally proved his singing skills to many people. So I think Jin's recognition by so many people is the result of his efforts so far😊

Jin started singing when he was around 20 years old and you can see how much he has grown, I think he has a lot of technique for learning it properly instead of just singing on his own, awake and epiphany are amazing, I'm so glad you liked it you should check out crystal snow, a live version with Jin's triple note, it's awesome

Jin works really hard (in some interview, members said he works harder than the others) he had to change his acting vocalization into singing vocalization, started at 20s, n he also had to learn dancing from basic.. so basically he started everything from 0 zero.. Listening to Awake n Epiphany was like witnessing Kim Seokjin's mental development.. from "insecure, can't catch up the other 6 but still want to try hard, want to support the others although he himself can never fly" to "i'm the one i should love, not so perfect but so beautiful"

So proud of Jin!! Not sure if ypu noriced fhe lyrics, but they are about him. Because he was the member with no experience whatsoever, he always had to try even harder to get up to standard. The album this song was on (wings) came out just as I was discovering bts/kpop and I heard this song without lyrics and without knowing anything about jin and it actually made me cry.
