The guitarist of this time was L.A Arquero a very well musically schooled son of a Maestro who also honed Gigi's talent who onwned the Serenata a kind of musical ensemble which performs on weddings,music lounges and cruise ships. Gigi was also their talent prior to her TNT exposure. that"s the reason he left the band to manage Serenata after covid restrictions was lifted.

We Filipinos can't help but be amazed and proud of our new crop of singers. Reactors, particularly foreign enthusiasts have wondered (jokingly I am sure) if there's something in our water. If it were so, bottled water here would be flying off the shelves. Truth be told, it's the exposure of our young talents to phenomenal singers who they've long idolized and emulated. Closer to home, on the other hand, understanding the musicality of Filipinos if you don't get to experience the acknowledged Queen of the Philippine music industry, Ms. Regine Velasquez. This concept the Gigi Vibes came out during the pandemic for their bread and butter as well. Since there was no concerts, gigs, or bars those pandemic years. So they opened this online live band for pay viewing. So they've got lot of fans and supporters who loved the concept of live and interactive entertainment online while they are locked down in their homes. Some may have the ability to give requested songs provided they pay their requests. So, these guys are very agile and versatile musically to cater most request to satiate their viewers/subscribers/online viewers. Very good for Gigi and the Gigi Vibes band.

There are so many cover bands in the philippines. "Showband" is the term we use to call it. They play for requests so she's very used to this. Like a walk in the park. This is where you'll know if you got what it takes. You stock up on A LOT of songs. It's also a great learning experience. Bars/pubs around here usually have showbands. Compared to what i've seen in the west, bands mostly played originals. "Showband" here is like "wedding band" in the west.

I am very sorry for flooding your video with my request. I just need to hear what you think about them as you are one of the very few vocal coaches I really look up to. Since you have started reacting to Filipino singers, I think you will appreciate listening to the greatest divas of Philippine music for like ever. Regine is arguably one of the best of the best singers of the world. Her range is phenomenal. Lani, who is the Philippines' version of Whitney Houston, was awarded as the Critics' Choice for Best Singer in Las Vegas, besting the likes of Celine Dion, Tom Jones, Toni Braxton, etc. Even Ms. Dione Warwick loves her. Jaya is a contralto with the range of a great black soprano. Her tone is the most interesting one of the three of them. Ugh!!! They are simply amazing. Please do react to them.
