No many people notice the fact that she continues that note out of the mic range! My fav part of that performance. Her capacity to transmit emotions is her super power:), there is a couple of her first album Los Angeles performances that are hypnotic. De Plata at Sevilla is one.

the "guys doing the clapping" are profesional musicians .. that kind of clapping is the natural percussion in flamenco and is very very important for this type of music

As a flamenco dancer I can tell you the quejios, the vibrato and rhythm is what gives you the ability to express passion through the dance. I have danced with even 10 people on stage.
