@Paula Blanco Moral she is nos saying that she has one of the best voices singing flemenco, she is saying she is one of the best right now. And to be one of the best, voice is only an ingredient, you need to have your own style, own dynamics and unique personality. Rosalia has it and this is what makes her excel. Of course Spain is full of greater voices but nowadays this is not enough to convince a broader audience. So yes, Rosalia is one of the best right now.

JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS right after she talks about offset she is starts singing a song that is from a Dominican Dembow that she heard Cardi sing.
