when i think of tiktok singers the first person that comes to mind is our favorite staircase siren aka lauren paley, i can’t believe nobody has mentioned her yet. i’m not professionally trained so i can’t really say what makes her voice so captivating to listen to, but she just sounds ethereal and out of this world, her voice is soooo hypnotizing. my favorite recordings of hers are obviously the jolly sailor bold cover that went viral on twitter, and then her version of my heart will go on and lily’s theme from harry potter. she’s just mind blowing, i could fall asleep to her singing anywhere and anytime.

I remember what my vocal coach say when he was teaching me how to properly sing especially a choral solo. Make your face as straight and plain as possible to avoid unnecessary muscle movement and focus on more how i project my voice and noticing and understanding the correct body muscles to sing properly. The jaw which moves forward, sitting slouching while singing, standing up straight with both feet shut tight to each other, etc. Took me 5 years to get it right ... 😅 Oh yeah ... please react to Gregory Nabours and Jason Michael Snow singing a broadway piece "you're nothing without me"
