D.O. is one of EXO's 3 main vocalists. He usually sings sitting down. You should watch him sing a part of Rewrite the Stars which became viral as he sang the high part sitting down. D.O. has 3 albums and most of the songs are acoustic style. However, in EXO, he sang more towards R&B. D.O. is very well known for his crazy vocal runs. EXO are very well known for their brilliant live vocal performances. Hope you will also react to EXO. Also just FYI that D.O. has a Spanish song called Si Fueras Mia on his album and Rose (english version). He doesn't speak Spanish but many latin speakers are amazed at his pronounciation. D.O. doesn't speak much english but his pronounciation is spot on. His full name is Doh Kyungsoo.

There is a YT channel/show called Lee Mujin Service that features various Korean vocalists who sing a selection of songs and then a duet with the host, Lee Mujin. D.O. has appeared (and many others) and really shows off how wonderful his English pronunciation is (despite not speaking much English himself, like an opera singer that sings in beautiful Italian without speaking a lot of Italian). He has an amazing body of work, both as a soloist, as an actor and as a member of EXO. PS Korean has used a LOT of English loan words (especially post Korean War with large American army base presence) for a long long time so it was a natural inclusion in the music long before kpop was known outside of Korea itself. So it has always been used to appeal to a Korean audience (no matter it's international reach). English has also been adapted to specific Korean uses (aka Konglish) that wouldn't make immediate sense to a native English speaker. The use of Konglish and English vocabulary has often been a marker of high social status in Korea (being able to afford travel and/or extra language education) and specifically more used by a younger audience which was/is kpop's original focus. So the English will be used for lots of different reasons and one of the main ones is how it will sound to Koreans themselves. :)

D.O. is a phenomenal singer. He's praised in the industry fir his unique voice and vocal techniques, smooth ad lips. D.O. released 2 mini albums till now which contains amazing vocally satisfying songs. He can also sing in English and Spanish or other languages without putting a korean accent to it. This is actually not the misic video for the song. I hope i lf you check out his Mvs then you'll react to I DO, THAT'S OKAY and SOMEBODY MVs. His 3rd mini album will be released next months where he'll release 2 more Mvs. The main 3 vocalists of EXO are officially ranked as the best 3 male vocalists of K-pop. Exo are called VOCAL KINGS AKA EMPEROR of K-POP. If you want to just why they're considered the best, please react to the other 2 main vocalists BAEKHYUN (Song: All I got) and CHEN (Song: Mirage of flower). Chen is the best singer of the whole industry. Baekhyun is called genius idol. EXO KILLING VOICE would be a great reaction to their vocals. I really hope you'll check out EXO. EXO is my favorite KPOP group. They are known as the vocal kings of kpop for a very good reason. D.O. is one of the 4 standouts who have vocal chops extraordinaire. They debut 12 years ago with their song is "Mama" which starts out in a Gregorian Chant which is a real hoot, it also features their origin story. KPOP has a large group of well trained singers who are scouted by these large agencies when they are in their early teens, trained well and hard for years and then picked to go into a specific group based upon what sound the agency is looking for at that time. It is a rabbit hole in which I have enjoyed the environment for many years. I love harmonies, and I love dancing and I don't seem to mind that I have no clue what they are saying half the time.
