Hi dr zakir , your video was very informative. I have been recently diagnosed with a very small lesion because of excessive singing. My doc asked me to do voice rest for a month which i did and now the size of the lesion has decreased. Now the doc has asked me to speak normally. But he has not asked me to go for speech therapy. What do i do? I am confused . He says i can talk normally now but i am scared because stick voice rest has only improved my condition. What do i do? Plz advice . I also took steam thrice a day for 10 mins each .

Sir मैं एक टीचर हूं मैने अभी 1 month पहले vocule nodule ka operation करवाया है biyopshy में भी सभी negative hai अब बोलने में साफ आवाज आ रहा है लेकिन अभी भी गले में कुछ अटका जैसा हल्का हल्का लगता है क्या मुझे अभी कोई dikat है doctor से मिला वो बोले कि कोई problum नहीं है आप माइंड से इसको निकाले हमे क्या करना चाहिए क्या धीरे धीरे ठीक हो जाएगा या फिर दुबारा दूसरे जगह दिखाना चाहिए?
