Then, during COVID, I decided to give it another shot again, so I bought a controller,. but it just didn't have the same magic as spinning on 1210's.,I sold the controller after haivng it for about 4 months and bought a pair of 1210's again.

Did you have your old vinyl or started collecting again? Discogs was a bargain for old vinyl before it made a come back but that's all changed so I presume you kept your record collection. I have quite a large collection from 2000-2002, mostly trance and hard house. 1210s are crazy money now. There's nothing like vinyl. Do you still live in Thailand? @@SurprisedDodoBird-py2dl hi mate. I used to share a collection of hard house vinyl with my brother back in the day but that’s long gone unfortunately. I did buy about 50 pieces of vinyl 3 years ago when i bought these 1210s, but I soon realized that the cost of getting them shipped out here to Thailand and getting hit with import taxes every time just wasn’t financially viable, so that’s when I decided to go down then DVS route. So yes I’m still living in Thailand. If I ever moved back to the UK I’d definitely start collecting vinyl again. Yeah the 1210s are ridiculously expensive In most countries. In fact they’re often more expensive than what I paid for them new around the year 2000. Lucky I got mine for a really reasonable price as I had then imported from Japan and shipped over on a container ship. Do you still have your turntables?
