I do cherish this performance, but not for the reason you gave. No matter in what direction Angelina's career takes her, she will ALWAYS go back to her musical roots. It's in her DNA. I cherish this performance simply because it is Angelina Jordan!

Rofer, you had me in tears. Between Angelina singing this wonderful classic the way she does, seeing the crowd react the way they did and listening to your very emotional words, the tears of joy were streaming down my cheeks. Rofer, I've seen this video hundreds and hundreds of times and besides what I've just told you there is one particular moment in this video which exactly defines what Angelina is all about. Just look at how that woman (at 5:46 of the video) with her eye glasses on her head stares at Angelina. I get this strange feeling it is the first time she is seeing and listening to Angelina and in such a beautiful way you can tell she is in absolute awe of her.

Rofer, I was fortunate enough to attend the AJ concert in Portsmouth New Hampshire Friday evening. All your comments are accurate and she was a real pro as expected. She is talented, emotional, and oh so humble. Angelina surprised us with a stellar and mature rendition of Unchained Melody as sung by Elvis Presley. She did another Elvis song as well. She met Priscilla Presley at a Halloween party that Heidi Klum sponsored last year. Angelina explained that she spoke with Priscilla quite a bit and has a very strong affinity for Elvis music. We hear there is a Priscilla movie coming out sometime in the next year and wouldn't be surprised if Angelina has a part in it. Approximately 37 US states and nine countries were represented at the concert! I was the fortunate one who only had a little over 1 hour ride to get there! Her first public debut concert in the US! So you couldn't be there but I am sure you will have your chance. In the interim you can live off of my experience vicariously lol. Peace out.
