Shigaraki Steals the Strongest Quirk on Earth

My Hero Academia Season 6,Shigaraki vs Star, All for One, Deku vs Shigaraki, MHA, Vocal Pineapple Academia, Star and Stripes MHA
During the battle between Shigaraki and Star and Stripes, the villain uses All for One’s quirks to actually STEAL Star’s quirk New Order, which is something that a villain should never be allowed to have. Star’s quirk is called New Order, and it allows her or anyone who has it to make RULES on Reality by touching something and saying its name when you impose the rule. Using this quirk Star and Stripe was able to touch a burning laserbeam and make a rule allowing her to catch it and hold it like not literally made of energy, and she also touches the air around her and creates a massive Colossal Titan sized version of herself, and even take away all of the air in a specific location infront of her. When Shigaraki steals the quirk he loads a fire quirk in his hands and adds a rule to the air which makes it all flammable as he tries to blow Star and her jets away entirely, but thankfully Star and Stripe added a secret rule to her quirk, which makes it rampage against All for One’s quirk in the Vestige world, nearly tearing Shigaraki’s body apart as he loses more and more quirks.

i absolutely love how she was smart enough to make the tule that if AFO stole her quirk it would revolt but didn’t just make it so that he just couldn’t steal her quirk

Its moreso like “New Order rebells against all other quirks” rather than making it so it wasn’t stealable, but remember she only had a single rule left and was preventing herself from being decays. So her situation was keep one rule constantly active for immense strength or else her neck would’ve just been snapped by shigaraki, and use one rule to prevent the decay. HOWEVER, her quirk was getting stolen as well, so she decided to decay while imposing a rule to make her quirk that is now in All For One rebel against all other quirks he has. This move was the best she could’ve done at that moment of time, but i agree that she could’ve used her quirk better at different moments.

I mean, it was better that he stole the quirk, she realised partway through she couldn't defeat him so she had to defeat him from within. She could've made the rule to not steal the quirk but obviously she would've ended up decayed and Shigareki would still have all his extra quirks. He would've been even more powerful fighting deku had she not done what she did.

Imo this is how writers develop their characters and showcase just how powerful and difficult it is to defeat the villain. The main flaw of New Order is that you need names to control reality, except naturally unnamed things, like rocks or the air. You can get away with this rule if your mind is unstable, you have a personality mental disorder or you have suffered amnesia at some point, which makes your current self not entirely fit mentally well, causing New Order to be from less effective to a slight annoyance. This is why Shigaraki won in the end.

HAHAHAHA it's so easy to fight shigaraki with this. Temperature law - make a 5m radius from as hot as the SUN while I am impervious to the heat. Gravity law - gravity would be applied 100x its force whenever I want to and I am impervious to it. Done. Shigaraki no matter how strong his body cannot resist the heat of the sun. And is never strong enough to move normally in a 100x gravity chamber.

Here's something even dumber: air within 5 meters of shigaraki is more dense than lead, followed by air within 10 meters is sucked towards his center mass. He would literally be crushed into a tiny ball of increasing mass. Or synapses do not fire within 1 cm of Shigaraki

Her Quirk isn't full on reality warping. She can't just do anything she wants with it. For example, her order that gives her the super physique can't reach All Might-level status. So her orders have a cut off point. She could probably create a solid air prison around Shigaraki, but it would only be so durable before it breaks.

The issue here is that New Order is so OP, or at least so vague, that the viewer can think of ways that the Quirk could've been used in that situation to kill Shigaraki or force him to run. Like, what was stopping Star from applying a rule to herself where anyone that comes within 5 feet of her instantly disintegrates into atoms? Or if thats not possible, why not apply a rule like "Anyone who touches me, will instantly go brain dead, and die within 0.000000000000000000000001 seconds making contact with me" Like, when you have something so vague and obviously OP, it gets extremely hard not to notice massive Plot Armor when it comes up. And sure, Star is a hero, so she probably didn't want to outright kill Shigaraki. But considering they launched ICBMs at Shigaraki...I think the "No Killing" Rule went out the window, they had every intention to kill him

Even deku at full cowl 100% dispersed a large island sized Nine's storm canonically in the 2nd movie before even unlocking the other quirks, nukes simply don't compare to something on the scale of a large island. Shigaraki tanked the 10 nukes with his augmented body and hyper regeneration, but mostly with his own non quirk related durability, the predecessors created OFA for the sole purpose of defeating AFO
