SoHyang is so much more than just a vocalist, her true ability is very detailed understanding of emotions, expressing them so well in vocals, so listeners can feel same levels of detailed emotions as same as she intended. A true Artist, vocals are just a tool, knowing how to use them best according to the situation is what matters. she has that so much better than any other singers who has bigger or better tool (vocals). SoHyang is changing her style and improving things for better... She will be loved more and more...

Have listened to 4th impact cover of sohyang and I would just say that emulation is high praise. I'm listening to your commentary as I'm writing and you are bang on the money. I think this is performed up at the demilitarised zone. Again backing is stripped right back which actually highlights her incredible voice. All her begin again numbers are fabulous. Yes, that is true. Especially for Filipinos, they are inclined to compare. They compare pinay singers to pinay singers (not just singers but also the actresses and actors ) but in real life, the artists of the Philippines are friends and close to each other. Only their fans make an issue then argue with each other, so you just get used to it because no matter what video that is, but when it comes to Filipinos, bashing is still there, anywhere in social media platforms. Just realtalk.

She is such a good singer and artist She really does not need a defence by her fans. If we appreciate good music and top notch singer, we don't must bring in some sort of nationalism. I had a clach we fans of Floor Jansen, I am a Fan too, because one said she is the best singer in the world and I did say "No she is not." I got a load of shit towards me in response. There are Fans - Fanatics - and Lunatics and does not have to be that way, really. I listen to singers since over 5 decades and I really don't need to put one singer above an other.
