It is an injustice to not be able to like something twice. I think we’d be better off as a society if we sung together more.

Sing, Be, Live, See. This dark stormy hour, The wind, it stirs. The scorched earth cries out in vain: O war and power, You blind and blur, The torn heart cries out in pain. But music and singing Have been my refuge, And music and singing Shall be my light. A lightof song Shining Strong: Allelulia! Through darkness, pain, and strife, I'll Sing, Be, Live, See... Peace. 🇲🇬🇲🇬🇲🇬❤️

I wish people would sing together more. There would be less hatred, more harmony between folks of all different backgrounds. Music transcends.

When I performed this with my choir last year it resonated deep inside and comes back to me now and soothes my soul and my longing for peace. It moves me to tears almost every time I hear it, especially now. Music and singing have always been my place. Nothing unites you like lifting your voice in a choir and feeling the power of unity, of being one. Which exacerbates the fact that choirs are not together right now.

Lisa Autrey So sorry you cannot sing together. But unity is the hope for all of us! And we must hang onto hope. 💚

I hear you. The Delta variant is taking hold in Sydney and my chamber choir can't rehearse. It hurts me so much. But I know one day we shall sing again. With much love xx

I understand and get where you are coming from...singing is such a passion but I was taken out of choir and can't sing at home and this whole COVID thing is keeping my church out so I can't sing...

Find an outlet where you can sing again! My son just graduated, he was singing in chorus for 7 years. His honors chorus knocks this particular piece out of the ball park. My son is a third generation singer in the family (My Dad, myself, and him). Keep on singing!

Through darkness and pain and strive I'll sing Be Live See Peace.

I performed this song in high school some 7 years ago, and it's still one of my favorite intros to a choral piece I've ever heard. Thank you for this performance. Beautifully done!

Singing this intense, takes me onto a level where only making music together exists. Voces8, you soar.

Sang this in my school’s chamber choir my senior year of high school. It was our most loved piece to ever perform. Just last month after my first year of college, I heard the news that my close friend and the only other bass other than me (who could be heard) in that choir had passed in his sleep a week before he would’ve graduated (not sure on why, but I think it had to do with his diabetes) Needless to say, this piece holds a forever home in my heart as a special reminder of him and his life. I can’t help but cry each time I hear this now in memory of him Miss you Jake 🕊️🫂
