Ello, im new to the game, your interface is different from what i see ingame. I guess its some kind of addon?

I do use 1 plugin for the UI, minimalis UI v2.1. There are a few 3rd party launchers, so to use plugins I would recommend uMod v1_r44, or GWLauncher. But the general layout and size of things is something you can do by default. uMod and the plugins can be found on the wiki, which have been okayed by the devs since like 2007. wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Player-made_Modifications
