Wondered the same thing, but she's shooting tethered. Could be a 1D with the D taped over? Looking it up that camera had a flash sync speed of 1/500, which could have been a deciding factor for this type of work. Still pretty badass shooting Vogue on 4MP with a 1.3x crop factor.
