I'm a professional ballet dancer and the fact that Kim was on demi-pointe nonstop the entire time at The Met Gala (even if it was just for the photo section) is very impressive. My calves would be cramping and I'm used to spending all my days in pointe shoes.

I think the concept would have worked so much better if Kim was more physically comfortable because her energy would have flowed better. I think her makeup didn't look vulnerable, it was the same kind of harsh eye look she normally goes for with the nude lip. To me a vulnerable look would quite a bit different than her norm. I think that's why the whole look didn't mesh and give the idea she was going for.
