In my opinion, I only consider it art if it’s dramatic or carefully blended with lots of colour. (This is an opinion, everyone have different opinions, pls don’t kill me ;-;)

I didn't even know I needed this video, I really loved seeing her put the look together. I noticed that much of the makeup was centered around "shaping" the face, as opposed to painting a face on.
