The replies to this are horrible. She used to be a heavy smoker (unsure if she still is) and drank a lot of alcohol during her TVD days(according to a source). Hence why her face dramatically changed towards to end seasons, it usually does when you smoke. Not only that but she’s grown up, people go through a “second puberty” in their 20s. The reason for the face change I think is not just the brows (the arch maybe suits her better), but also that, like Alexis Bledel, she lost her baby fat around the cheeks and jaw.
