They won't because Indian actresses can't show their real face. They won't reveal their nightime skincare, or morning skincare. Even in their make up tutorials, like this one, they don't show their bare face. When asked in interviews how do they look pretty, all they say is "be happy, it will show on your face." Indian actresses don't have the guts to show their real face and real skincare.
