I have around 6 LPs of Amanda Lear ..i played her music in my house in England and my friends never heard of Her...the fact is in Britain some continenral Artists,they were hardly played..and in the 70s Múnich was the Capital of Disco Music..i never heard of so many British artists before i,ve touch British Grounds.

Been a fan and collector of her music since seeing her perform on Seaside Special in 1979. Known as The Disco Queen of Europe she was very successful in Europe and North Africa. I remember seeing her first LP in a shop in Tangier. She has always been ambitious and never let age hold her back. She will be 85 on 18 June. A unique artist.
