Hydration as he said is the most important thing. I find lemon and camomile tea with a touch of honey really soothes the throat 👍

I use the shure sm7b which is a great but very expensive mic. there are plenty of good mics out there I'd suggest looking up some videos to see which looks good for you

lip trills r like when ur blowing into a trumpet, rolling r's is using the tip of ur tongue and vibrating it off the roof of ur mouth. like how Spanish ppl do for Rrrrosalita, Rrrramon, and Arrrtur. XD
