So: Yaoi: said only in the west Boys Love (said as BL): only said in Japan Hentai: only said in the west H (pronounced ecchi): a more common way of saying it, but there are tons of different words in Japan, hentai not included Anime: Refers to Japanese animation solely in the west Anime: Refers to ALL animation (from Dragon Ball to Toy Story) in Japan I can keep going with this, but I won’t

I think most of Connor's desition are made for content's value, I know you are giving serious advice and taking things in a professional serious manner, and I think Connor would do things differently if he didn't have a youtube channel to maintain as well as his voiceover projects. The fact that he published the auditions for twitter is a calculated move to get more content and have some fun at bad auditions.

He has a massive discord server with voice actors and just random people, I'm also apart of it. thing is with people in his server or any other that I've seen is most think their beyond people help, and don't like when people give good feedback. People often ask me how did you stop being shy of yelling in front of my family and what not, cause my family do not support the fact that I want to be a voice actor, I tell them I just stop caring what people think. A movie I'd recommend people watch is call yes man, it's with jim carrey who said no to everything then he met someone that told him to start saying yes to basically everything, after that so many stuff got unlocked for him, I don't recommend it for kids and teen though. yes I just watched this entire video, what can i say I just like everything voice over.

Where is Bookwalker based? I'm 99% certain they're somewhere in Tokyo; Kadokawa (the parent company) has its HQ in Tokyo and the studio where they record the Trash Taste Podcast (of which Connor is a co-host) is also somewhere in Tokyo, so it makes sense that Bookwalker and GeeX+ would also be there (certainly they're in the same building as a Kadokawa office, don't know if it's the HQ though).

I have a question; what are some basic tips to help improve your audio quality? I don't do voice acting, I just do a Gaming KZbin Channel. But I have noticed sometimes the subs I'm good friends with ask, "Did you change your Mic?" And the answer is never yes, so I'm guessing it's an environmental factor that I haven't been able to pin down. I use a Razer Seiren Mini Microphone, pretty cheap (about 50-60USD) but IMO it's pretty good for what I need it for. I have noticed sometimes it gets pretty echo-y, and I usually have to reduce the track volume otherwise it comes out SUPER loud. Sorry if this was too long, but any advice you can give would be highly appreciated.
@FunnyGuyTimmy
@FunnyGuyTimmy 3 жыл бұрын
It’s your proximity to the mic and the recording space, I would imagine. Even a cheap mic will sound better at the right distance and in a well treated space. Go to my channel page a search treatment or studio. Basically anything about setting up a good space. Those videos will help you the most.

I just sat through and watched all of your reaction videos to Connor in one sitting due to one of them being in my recommended lol. I can't believe you aren't a bigger channel, you totally deserve it I love your energy and your laugh is absolutely infectious. I hope sometime you two would be able to talk or maybe even work on something together as you seem like you'd hit it off, and I really appreciate seeing someone show him respect for the craft as he doesn't get to talk about it as much lately. Also, I watched a couple of your newer videos and saw you've been going through some really frustrating difficulties, I hope things can get better and easier soon. All the best

Thank you so much. Wow. I can't believe you sat through all of them in one sitting. I have no idea how many cupcakes that would be worth but it sounds like it would be a lot. I also would love to meet him he seems like a chill dude. Thank you so much.

Thank you for taking your time and making a reaction to the whole thing in one video. Was really interesting to hear your experience and seeing your laugh at some of the bullshit :)
