Did you know when I was little these were Otis Touch Sensitive I knew a service person who said one of there biggest problems was people hitting the button expecting it to push they kept having to replace the touch plates

+Jordan Lowe ElevaTours Canada Originally, they had the Innovation push buttons until late 2011, they replaced with newer Innovation fixtures, and then until later this year they added the voice. I have ridden this elevator when I was very very young.
