Dear bros pls don't comment nething without knowing. At least genuine people should nt be denied. 1 more thing lots of apst people residing in Assam bordering arunachal get all the same facilities as for assamST hills/plain tribes. If wrong then visit the places ask them how they come here? You will know that it all happens due to state boundary markings. earlier it's same land. If their certificates n land rights suddenly cancel by the assam govt. Then where shud they go? Think properly the scenario. Same applied here.
