'm still getting the output in this time: "value":[{"start":"2024-10-15T09:00:00.000Z","end":"2024-10-15T10:00:00.000Z"}] instead of the previous step's time showing the time as 11 AM to 12 PM? I'm getting 9 to 10 AM instead."

Hello! Sanava. It is working Perfectly fine. There are some changes I have made and It is all done. Thank you. I feel that VOICE AI has some problems in understanding Email addresses. I have tried to times and It caught the wrong email address and one time It booked the wrong slot. Have you felt it?

Yeah had that experience too! What helps is just spelling the email address, just like you would when talking to a human. In real life use cases I would use the phone number instead. You won't need to ask for it. It would just come with the webhook response and you could have a module in make for that to send automatic text confirmations.

When you say the start time must always be 9 am and the end time 5pm. Does that mean that all the appointments will be from 9am to 5pm? What if the appointment is just 15 minutes starting 10:15am? how would we write that?

9am - 5pm is so that Google Calendar checks for the busy times during this time. You could absolutely have 15 min time slots. Just give the instructions in the prompt.
