Hi Jannis, you’re my favourite creator in the voice Ai space and for me, as a little bit younger guy, also a huge inspiration! Your video was really helpful by helping to understand the concept of these Voice AI Bookings! It would be incredible valuable if you could launch a full guide on how to build an appointment setter, that is able to do all these things (Bookings, Cancellations, Resceduling)! I’ve seen many tutorials so far and I think you’re one of the most skilled and knowledgeable guys in the whole voice ai space I’ve seen so far. Also your old Restaurant Table reservation assistant tutorial was very good, but sadly it didn’t include the google calendar stuff and its also a little bit older. I think the whole voice AI space has huge potential in the future, I am from Germany and here the voices aren’t completely realistic. I know a video like that would take a lot of time, but even if you’d charge for something like that, I think many people would purchase. Thanks a lot for your work and good luck in the future!

great video -I think we need to handle cancellations and changes to appointments and also be careful of privacy issues. Maybe also the person needs to be registered like a dental patient

There’s a lot of potential for adjustment - cancellations and rescheduling would be a completely separate video as each solution requires some additions to the setup

I checked out your resource HUB but we are unable to open the Miro Board diagrams and is hard to read when you zoom into the image.... Are you able to provide the Miro board links to the diagrams

hi jannis, is it possible to create transient assistants and implement them on a website? until now i've only seen it with actual phone calls, but ideally you wanna have both options. thanks!

@@jannismoore I used GPT to code a Framer code component and inserted the assistant JSON there. This only allows me to get some more functionality out of Vapi (API has sometimes more features as you know). But I couldn't find out how I can make this truly dynamic

@@7_Tom The API definitely has more features. Since you already feed in JSON, I assume you should be able to just alter that, maybe even dynamically

Yes. It always depends on what industry you’re in. I would certainly stay away from cold calling as it’s not good enough to reason with the problems that come along. Inbound is already a thing and done by many.

Very good point! I consider that a separate thing as this requires a complete different setup (You got so save the lead data). Will provide a video about that soon :)

I mention that closer to the end. To make it reliable, you need to either already have the email linked with the phone number, or you need to collect it via sms.
