Tue Madsen is known as a Danish music producer and sound engineer in the metal genre who handles mixing for bands including Meshuggah, Dark Tranquility, Suicide Silence. Not only the mixing process, the mastering of this song was also carried out by Howie Weinberg, who is known as an audio mastering engineer in America who has more than 30 years of experience in this mastering world. Some of Howie's mastering results include Def Leppard's Hysteria album, Sonic Youth's Dirty, Nirvana's Nevermind, and Rancid's Let the Dominoes Fall.

VoB is absolutely smashing it! They are one of the latest in the never ending churn of youngsters with exceptional natural talent coming from Indonesia. This country oozes natural music and singing talents where you can literally find them in every corner of the neighbourhood throughout the country. Yes, as an Indonesian myself there may be bit of partiality here, but it is the reality on the ground and not an exageration. In most cases the growth and progression of their natural talent to the better is nurtured through close circle, i.e. family and/or environment they grew up in, as well as the music industry itself. And starting this decade, technology and its easy access has certainly been playing a big role in boosting this growth even faster and more far reaching. Speaking of shocking young talents in progressive rock and heavy metal scene, you should also check these two. Ayu Gusfanz (17 yo). She has covered Yngwie Malmstein's Blietzkrieg, Joe Satriani's On Peregrine Wings, and Canon Rock when she was 13/14 years old, as well as other big names. Picked up guitar skill in the very tender age of 4 yo or even earlier from her Dad who is also a rock guitarist, and her play is just fastly maturing beyond her age. Abim Finger (15 yo), also a young guitarist with incredible talent and maturity beyond his age in interpreting and delivering the emotion and soul of each piece he played. Two of my personal favourites were Dream Theater's Best of Time when he was either 8 or 9 yo if I am not mistaken, and Ozielzinho's Isabella when he was 11. They both have been playing big pieces from the genres' top names in such a tender age with ease, and so much soul and maturity beyond their age. His very early picked up on guitar playing is also influenced by his father who is a well known guitarist. And another sample case of how very early talents are nurtured, check the video posted by the music producer of the piece: 5 Indonesian Kids Play Fussion Jazz "SKETSA" (Karimata). It was a virtually produced concert.

By the way, today I just saw the bad news about the death of an Iranian woman by the police in that country just because the woman is considered to be wearing a hijab that is not according to the rules. And this time there has been a massive demonstration carried out by most of the women in there demanding justice and asking for women's freedom. Yeah this is very sad, I'm a Muslim, but hearing that incident I also feel very angry. How can a country impose restrictions on women, I know Islam is not like that. I pray for the struggle of the Iranian people, especially the women there. Women are not public property, not state property that can be treated arbitrarily.
