Voice of Freedom jammed by North Korea, 5920 kHz, AM mode, 31 March, 2024, 1305 UTC

This is an example of a North Korean jammer in use, probably targeting a transmission of The Voice of Freedom transmitted form South Korea. North Korea has several different types of jammers that they use regularly, generally targeting Korean language broadcasts that might be critical of the North Korean government. There is no "official" name for any of these jammers, and hobbyist often nickname them according to their audio signature.

is it possible to analyze and identify a captured IQ recording ?

Do you mean automatically? As in you put an IQ file into software and the software performs an automated identification and analysis? There are professional softwares that do this type of thing, but they tend to be very expensive and restricted. I do not know of any low cost or consumer style software to do that. You might look into IQEngine, which is attempting to do that. However, if you do not mean an automated process, then yes, it is very possible to analyze and ID a signal using various human in the loop techniques.

@@FirstToken yes I have tried auto identification using professional software but the result was totally shit So I analyzed it manually but couldn't identify it yet
