Many times OhSt fans have talked about the ducks since October, I've heard my Ducks only won because we were at Autzen. I like to remind them that we also beat them in the Shoe before that. This is going to be an amazing game. I'm so excited. May the best team win, and when they do, go win it ALL

I wouldn't know how I could ever watch a Ducks game without having Jerry on the Radio. We've been blessed as Ducks fans to have the best radio announcers there are. They love the team and the school and you can tell by the way they talk about it.

NO, HE needs to listen to real play by play and do what they do. he and his co host do not let you know what is going on in real time. and they complain about calls every time. Now i have not listened to him this year , but don't think they have changed. I always listen to the other teams play by play , Allen needs to be replaced.

Jerry looks great. I grew up in Southern Oregon. He used to be a DJ for a contemporary rock radio station called KYJC back in the mid 70’s, thru the early 80’s.

My friend since 1970 ... and we met at KBOY in the cow pasture across from Rogue Valley Medical Center. I believe it was Jerry's first job; an FM announcer in an AM world. Always a wonderful person. And I like to remind him "I told you so!"

You get an absolute gold star * Zack for getting Jerry on your Pod. And you asked a question that was on my mind as well: The Rust Factor. Are these guys going to be focused and have their rhythm and timing at 100% (Gabe, Tez, Evan) to where they can function as they did against WA or Penn St? Being rested is good. Being off balance-not good. I was a little worried about when and how often they were in practice for this. Getting a lot of trash talk from OSU fans on other channels. But as you indicate, their practice is hard, and they have been getting ready. Hope Dan and Will have good game plan. And yes, Will Howard is going to get to see Jordan Burch for first time. Hope Jordan takes good care of him in the backfield. 😀 Win this, we're in the National Championship (after Semi-Final). My nerves are eating my brain.

I’ve had several conversations with Jerry over the years and what everyone is saying is absolutely true. The guy is 100% class act. He is unbelievably grounded and has zero ego. It’ll be a very sad day when he decides to hang it up and retire.

Ohio State has a huge alumni base in the Southwest.....and it's the Rose Bowl. They'll be there.

Yeah, there were a number of Ohio State fans that bought Rose Bowl tickets before the Tennessee game. I was at the game earlier in the season and the crowd was 15-20% OSU. I think the gap between Ohio State’s fanbase size and the next largest fanbase is larger than the gap between 2 and 10-15.

@ yeah ? Next two sites , Dallas and Atlanta, providing Oregon marches on, could be true "Road" games. Texas travels well in Texas. Georgia does the same in Georgia. Likely 75/25 splits. Been there. Ducks face the tough road layed out. Oregon just the team that can survive this .

First time viewer, and an Ohio state fan, this was a damn good video, I’m fully expecting game of the year, me and the 2014 kid version of me feel the same way you do about the OSUvOregon slugfest we have coming up. Excited, confident in the team’s ability, and ever so slightly nervous about who shows up. I was in Dallas when Oregon lost to Ohio State in the National Championship. I thought that may be the last time we ever make it... look at us now in prime position to make a run! Plus we have such great momentum into the future should we not win out this year. All long time duck fans are so proud win or lose. Though I feel we finally have the depth and grit to get it done. Ohio State may be equally or more talented, but they lack a toughness.

For sure! Past Rose bowls the faithfull were in full force! I hope they can outnumber the Ducks and have an impact on the game. The earlier game the home field was a factor for sure for Oregon and it will be interesting to see if a nuetral or even a pro OSU crowd can have any effect for OSU.

are you kidding, Allen complains more than anyone in sports. he is to hard to listen toooooo, always some ones fault. he does not give good play by play, A ball could be thrown down field and he does not say if it was caught or not half the time or if it was a first down. If you get the chance for a few minutes, switch over to the Ohio State radio broadcast or satellite radio. Paul Keeps does a great broadcast and he calls the game with only a little buckeye favoritism. Not overly opinionated and very few descriptive

Hello Jerry! I am reluctant to be repetitive, and yet, this game comes down to coaching, the talent available is great with both teams. Oregon has a huge coaching advantage at HC, they are well coached, every facet of the game is strong and consistent. Orego is aware of Ryan, he is clueless when addressing, game plans or changes taking place that negatively affect his offense. Being able to make corrections and turn the game in his favor, Ryan is the worst in the sport when coaching difficult situations, and big games have proven beyond his ability to coach. Sooo...Oregon comes in prepared to expose Ohio State their offense and line, stop the run and smother will, he throws a couple interceptions, Ryan freezes up, and Chip runs the ball up the gut for the remainder of the game. It worked for Michigan, it will work for Oregon!

Green is not a vibrant color like yellow is. Oregon fans traditionally wear a mix of green, yellow, gray, white etc. All fans at Penn State wear white PERIOD. Ohio State fans all wear Red PERIOD. Oregon fans should all wear VIBRANT YELLOW PERIOD!!! Just saying!

There was not one of them that all the fans wore the same color. Even all green the same shade would be better than green, yellow, gray, white, black etc.that you typically see. Go Ducks!

They have 60k+ a yr I believe that go to school there that's a lot of alumni over the decades. Take into account 11mill in the state and a ton of fans that are just buckeye fans because they are a power. OSU, ND, Tex, Penn St and Michigan are the biggest.
