Thank you. You're advice is always right on. Having professionally written messages with your invoicing is key. Patience, professional politeness, persistence and integrity wins the day - usually. This goes for any negotiation for me, as well. I've had clients that seemed like they would never meet the obligations on our agreements. They'd delay and delay. In my mind, I would be frustrated and disappointed. However, I was able to put those thoughts aside, and politely persist without saying anything negative. As long as the client continued to communicate that they were in the process of approving everything, I'd continue waiting and reaching out regularly. Some organizations process things at a horribly slow rate. Often the wait pays off.

I usually run into gear questions when applying to talent pools. Clients on P2P sites and places like Amazon don’t tend to worry too much about the gear.
