Jimin has an amazing unique voice that I'm obsessed with and can't get over it because he always surprises me not only with his voice but all the effort he puts into everything honestly! His dancing, his voice, how smooth he is, his never-ending effort, his beauty, his flirty personality, his flexibility! All of those things I can't get enough of and I don't want to get over it too!

Thank you so very much Valerie! Jimin has been my favorite since the 1st time I saw him perform. My daughter and I had been arguing for months because she kept hijacking the radio whenever we went anywhere. My rule was driver's choice! Finally she said "Mom, just watch one video and if you don't like them, I'll stop!" I was hooked after that! (She knew that I used to go out dancing wth friends in my youth.) Six years later I'm still here!

Here's updated info, I'm reposting, that some still aren't aware of: ❤️JIMIN, at age 11-12 started studying, performing, & competing (winning every competition), in hip hop, popping (excelled), & street dancing, while attending the renowned Just Dance Academy in Busan where he's from! He was so good that an instructor even had the high tuition fee waived at one point! This was while also attending middle school, where he loved sports, being quite athletic, joined the football team, excellent at track, great at basketball, & billiards! Jimin also, all throughout his schooling, was known as a top scholar, achieving perfect scores, especially in math & science which just always came easy to him! Jimin was even class president for 9 yrs in a row! Jimin, all throughout his schooling, was also quite good in art class, as well as calligraphy. Jimin, then also took up contemporary dance. The media, after seeing a performance of Jimin's performing at a huge Busan Festival Event, called Jimin "The rising star of Busan"!! JIMIN also studied ballet & traditional Korean dance while attending Busan High School of the Arts. Jimin still went to Just Dance Academy to take hip hop classes whenever he could because his first love has always been hip hop, even though he was now majoring in contemporary! JIMIN even had an offer to dance overseas, but declined because he also wanted to become a singer since the 2nd grade, to the dismay of one of his dance instructors who said "The world of dance was going to lose a great artist"!! So Jimin then went and auditioned for BigHit Entertainment, (company BTS is signed with), being the very last member to join, being a trainee for only a few months (which is unheard of for most Kpop idols), as opposed to the 2-3 yrs of being a trainee the other members had! But Jimin was so good that he was assigned the official title of one of the two Main Dancers, as well as Lead Vocalist. Jimin was even assigned most of the high notes since the very beginning, because even without all that training in the beginning, he was that good, a natural born singer who, just like his dancing makes you feel every emotion and feeling he's trying to convey! JIMIN, also, for 8 yrs, since a quite young boy, trained in various forms (4), of martial arts: Taekwondo (Blackbelt), Hapkido, Kumdo (Korean form of Kendo), & Chinese martial arts. He even won a scholarship, the only student to do so, to study more extensively in China for awhile! All the martial arts training has given JIMIN his phenomenal inner core strength, as well as his amazing flexibility, which has enabled Jimin to achieve all those breathtakingly spectacular gravity defying dance moves! JIMIN has found a way to incorporate all his various dance disciplines, as well as his extensive training in martial arts into his unique, ever so special, outstandingly amazing dancing abilities!! JIMIN, has been called 'Stage Commander', known for his amazing, so mesmerizing stage presence. Each dance move is executed flawlessly, his extensions all the way to the fingertips, his lines so clean, his fluidity, his poise & elegance, his ever so graceful moves, but yet, sharp, quick & deliberate when required! He focuses on every detail! Known for his work ethics and being a perfectionist to a fault, spending hours in the practice room, will study every move, even focusing on hands to fingertips. Even his facial expressions, or the look in his eyes! Every single detail he focuses on. Jimin tends to take in the music and interprets all the emotion & feelings, whatever it's trying to convey through his body movements as well as his vocals. JIMIN has won the prestigious titles for 2 yrs in a row for both KING OF KPOP, as well as also winning BEST TOP #1 DANCER IN KPOP, now 3 yrs in a row, as well!! Jimin is also referred to as "Rookie's Bible" because all rookie idols, try to emulate & study every move he makes, trying to learn from him! Aside from all that Jimin has won other countless award, broken many records. His 5 solos have broken charting records worldwide, as well as being top seller, plus most listened to. Also breaking records for being #1 branding marketing idol, every single month for now over two & half yrs, a feat never achieved before, and still ongoing! The term the "Jimin Effect" is now in the Urban Dictionary! So much more as well but will stop here.

Jimin's dancing is unique and exquisite. So much depth, expression and beauty. I never get tired of watching him. His singing is on the same level, it's never generic or bland. No one is ever ready for the Jimin effect....they’re all so amazing and work so hard, but he was so insecure about his looks and voice for so long (and still is sometimes, it seems), bit i think he’s come into his own over the past few years and feels like he makes an impact. And his dancing...don’t get me started. I love all the BTS members, they are all my favorites. But jimin is my most favorite, his voice and dance skills are incredible. When l listened to a bts song for the first time, it was actually jimin voice that caught my attention, it was like 'who is that hitting those high notes'. Jimin has a lot of potential,,,, he will perfectly do well as a solo artist. Love you jimin.

It's not about him hitting high notes for me, but his vocal tone. So unique. BTS has such a very diverse vocals. I used to hate Kpop Boy groups, but BTS has opened my heart and made me love them. Love all of them.
