This reaction perfectly fit , you have focused the different kinds of qualities Dimash shows us. I liked the little jumping towards the back of the stage...so nice . I love this song more and more every time I listen to it. It seems to me it could be a soundtrack or musical opera song , so epic and powerful is., even if every Dimash performance is a storytelling and suggest images and deep feelings . So effortless he is , it seems doing miracles..... and is so beautiful the inner focusing of the beginning and the de-compression of the end like he is coming back from space...... (my english is going better but sometimes not so good sorry)

yes Dimash becomes the character in the song and 5 seconds after turns back to the Humble shy guy :) Song was written by Lara Fabian for Dimah and composed by Igor Krutoy. Dimash vocal transitions are so seamless you don't ever realized he has done them. Super amazing performance :) Keep going so much more so see Valerie :)

Thank you Valerie, always appreciate your comments on Dimash. Yes, he was probably quite nervous during the Singer and even if he still gets nervous (he said so in an interview last week) he controls it amazingly and gives the most confident and emotional performances that touches our souls. I love the new song by Igor and Lara Fabian. I think you would appreciate a fancam from his latest concert in Ukraine when he sings an ukrainian folk song, Marigolds, moving his mother to tears. He learnt the song and lyrics just in a day.

BRAZIL- Valerie, I really agree. Dimash on stage is a hurricane and when it is all over, he goes back to being the humble and shy man, even in the interviews you can see his shyness. But I think it's beautiful, it's his personality and it doesn't get in the way when he really wants to do something, because besides being shy, he's determined, persistent. He said the learned the lyrics and melody in one day because he wanted to show love to his local audience. He also learned a Mandarin song for Chinese New Year celebrations “Drunken Concubine” and combined it with “Diva Dance” in a recent duet with Li Yugang, a Chinese opera star. You must react to that one. It is very interesting how Dimash harmonizes and combines different musical styles.

The jiggely jaw can be a choice to look pretty. So you hear a lot of talking about bad technique. But it is not that per sé. I think Dimash and other good singers make a choice in how they want to look during the song. Floor Jansen did the same in The Phantom of the Opera with the high notes. She can hit those notes without jiggeling, but it is a choice to still do it. It can cause more drama in the picture.

Her jaw did not shake. Her jaw lowered. You're supposed to lower the jaw to make space for high notes anyway.
