Mamamoo are considered to be the vocal queens of kpop girl groups. Ailee is one of the top female solo artists. The song Mamamoo performed was when they were rookies in 2014. They're best when they're live and that's helpful for someone like you cuz there's less processing on the vocal tracks. Three live MMM videos that are safe for reactions: Immortal Songs Medley - from a 2017 MMM concert. A medley of covers they performed on the tv show Immortal Songs. I Miss You - Queendom female competition tv show in 2019. MNET is ok with reactions to Queendom. Dingo Killing Voice medley - a medley of songs from throughout their career for the Dingo Killing Voice series in 2020. I"d recommend some of their 14 spectacular performances on the Immortal Songs singing competition tv show between 2015-19 but the tv network blocks reactions. Some reactors have gotten around it by ghosting the video over the background if you want to try that trick. I'm sure you'd enjoy them whether or not you do a reaction. My faves are Delilah and Backwoods but pick anything - you can't go wrong.

Fair warning: the first Mamamoo MV I saw was Piano Man (the song in this vid) and then I watched Delilah (the Tom Jones song) on Immortal Songs, which, after re-attaching my jaw, made me binge watch all their Immortal Songs performances and MVs ... in other words, exposure to Mamamoo often leads to a free fall into one of the deepest rabbit holes in kpop. :)

The key to MAMAMOO's sucess was it's uniqueness.. Gen 3 Kpop was TWICE... Red Velvet. Traditional K Land proven charm, plastic ,pink,candy,cute.Irony SM just realized how vocals was so much more than the plastic coated early Gen 3 when aespa went viral with NEXT LEVEL. Sadly Mamamoo is past. I would be surprised if they perform again in the near future.It's going to be a break before we see the full fallout of the girls but, I wish them luck. If anyone was still wondering what the direct relationship between New Jeans, and their amazing sucess... Mamamoo... only younger, cuter, better dancers, basically really talented bunnies!

Mamamoo are generally considered to be the best vocal group, the "Killing Voice" medley by Dingo offers a quick sample of their range. "Paint me" (recorded) or "I miss you" (Queendom) and the Immortal songs medley displays their power...(the last two both live)

some context on the all about that bass cover. it was actually a live performance not studio so im not sure why they made it seem like it was. it was from a survival show where girls competed for a spot on a group, and that girl performed that song and went on to be the main vocalist!

Although not an acappella group, Lovelyz is known for their ability in acappella. They are also a group known for their stable live singing (while dancing) along with Mamamoo and Red Velvet to name a few. Because of their concept, their songs did not show their vocals well enough for other people to appreciate their individual colors. Their lead vocal Sujeong for example. I saw a lot of RVs on her solo debut song saying that they were actually surprised because they didn’t know Lovelyz has “this kind of voice”. She’s not a power vocal but definitely has one of the most unique voices of kpop. One of their main vocals Kei was already known to be a good vocalist way before but they didn’t know her real range. She only started gaining more recognition after her collab with Hwasa on Queendom. After that, she finally started singing away from the cutesy, girly and innocent voice that she had been using since her debut. She even almost overthrew the defending King on King of Masked Singers on her 2020 appearance on the show by only 1 point. That’s a wow.
