The evolution of Fantasia's voice have been amazing to watch. She was 19 when she began her career and this month she is turning 40 on June 30. Her voice definitely have gotten better over the years.

The beauty in the evolution of Fantasia’s voice and performance style is that she has taken all of her experience (church, AI, Broadway, etc.) and combined them all in a way that just works for her. Combine that with her humility and it’s a recipe for greatness/longevity. She knows when to tap into each part of her journey to create real magic on stage and pull you into her world. I love it!

After the whole "if you don't, if you don't, if you don't, if you don't" moment that you highlighted, she did something that I really like and often find myself doing, not only because it makes singing easier, but it also adds character and personality. When she sang, "you can go ahead to someone else", instead of hitting the note on "you" directly, she kind of launched it like a missile. I don't know the technical term, but if you listen, you can hear it. I love that.
