Yea coz the sound of the PH accents are having hard tone and the stress are different like for example English speakers pronounce 20 as "Twé-ni" but we as Pinoys pronounce as "Twen-ty" or even English speakers pronounce Garden as "Gar-dn", then PH are "Gar-din" or "Garr-den" something like that

I love how she really does seem like a superhero kind of character. She doesnt have that many voice interactions with other characters, shes more concerned about what shes doing to help others. When she does have interactions with other characters she really shows her sense of justice and community. Which makes Zaun a prefect place to be a defector it could pose as a lore progression for Ixtal and how they govern their citizens there since we still know little about the region. Ekko, vi, caitlyn, jinx got a lot of story to them even before arcane release so any new fans will get overwhelmed on which story/lore fo know after watching the show. Her lore is something that will be brand new to both sides pretty much.

Continuing: it’s similar to what valve did for Dota 2 and Dota: dragons blood. The character Marci in that got super popular to new and old fans to point she recently been added into the game. That boosted players jumping in and also old players that were hesitant to watch the show decided to go watch it now. She is a character where new and old fans get to meet in the middle and talk about her character and lore. Zeri will be exactly that for LoL.

Champs from 2017-2018 had much longer voicelines, iirc Urgot had at least 15 minutes and there were so many subtle interactions like placing wards, ulting/killing specific champs, buying items. They have significantly reduced the amount of voicelines. Also there's only one voice for joke/taunt/laugh when "older new" champs had 2-3 per.

I remember Rakan, Xayah, Aurelion and the reworked Aatrox receiving over 30 minutes of voice lines back when champs started looking higher quality (though I would say the "high quality line" started with Vel'Koz, who actually had 10 minutes of voice lines and a good looking model with plenty of animations) 10-15 minutes of voice lines would be so nice, yet it seems we have come full circle and now the number of voice lines keeps decreasing with every new champ that they release. Obviously there are random champs who receive more lines than usual, such as Viego. The lines I miss the most are the ones where the champ talks about their motives, revealing more about their personality, and Zeri is a champ that needs those sooo bad, yet nothing. Just short sentences with 5 words at max Back when they started giving champs specific voice lines for warding, entering jungle, getting to low health etc. I was really happy and thought every new champ and rework would give the champ all of those lines along with their usual move, long move, attack, joke taunt etc. lines, but it seems riot is trying really hard to cut expenses, even though they have a shit ton of money

Just because they released a champ, doesn't mean that it's for you, that they made it for everyone to love, and that it'll be perfect. 💁🏻‍♂️ You can hate a champ all you want but picking or attacking those who love it, says a lot about you. Zeri isn't for me but I don't hate it. I appreciate and respect the people behind it. Just the thought of them releasing another champ for the game is already amazing.
