Elisa. Thank you so much. For 2 weeks now, I've been looking at all these tutorials from Voiceflow's youtube channel plus all this other guys on KZbin and honestly they are not good teachers. I even abandoned learning Voiceflow and turned to learning BotPress thinking the teaching might be better for that. But no - just as bad. Then I saw your thumbnail last night, and I thought "aha a woman: In theory she might be more empathetic and really to simplify this teaching". And I was right. I was reading Alex Hermozi's book earlier and then your thumbnail flashed across my mind. That's when I knew it's going to be good.
