HI Corbin thanks for your video How much does it cost to maintain a monthly chatbot it depends on voiceflow or wsp I am creating a chatbot agency and I need to know how much its maintenance costs so I know how much to charge It would be great if you can help me......thanks
@Corbin_Brown10 ай бұрын
A lot of the cost in this context is associated with usage; therefore, I believe checking out the pricing section would give the best insight on this. Typically, when dealing with clients, I would offer a flat fee that gives you enough space to handle usage.

That's awesome Corbin! May you speak about contracts? How would an AAA contract would look like depending on the service?
@Corbin_Brown Жыл бұрын
This is a more complex topic, and due to me not being a lawyer, I don't think I would be able to provide the best insight on this. What I can say, though, is that standard contracts encompass a timeline, Statement of Work, and agreed payment!

Awesome video! For a Bot that will be deployed in WhatsApp, would you recommend Voiceflow over Botpress? Thanks!
@Corbin_Brown Жыл бұрын
In this context I would prefer Voiceflow!
@Garczek Жыл бұрын
Amazing video! thank you for that! I got a question, I was looking for a answer on KZbin but it seems there isn't any video about it: how to deploy VoiceFlow to Whatsapp? There is an instruction in VF documentation but it seems to be much harder than it looks like. You need to create bunch of new accounts for your potential prospect? Twillio, new phone number, Meta Business account etc
@Corbin_Brown Жыл бұрын
Thank you! Due to WhatsApp being a subsidiary company of Meta, I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of verification is required to access the API in the context of AI and chatbots. Meta is a highly security-oriented company, so it's very likely that all those accounts are necessary. Meta tends to gatekeep their API; for example, I can't publish videos or stories on Instagram using their API.

Great video, very informative! When you're testing the bot, there is code related text visible in red when the AI created the response, is this only visible during testing? If the client will see this, is there a way to hide/remove the red text?
@Corbin_Brown Жыл бұрын
Thank you for the feedback! Based on my understanding, the visible text in red is only present during testing for debugging purposes.

Thanks Corbin, great tutorial. Which one would you choose if you were a beginner and had to learn the tool from scratch: Botpress or Voiceflow? Why?
@Corbin_Brown Жыл бұрын
I am still testing both platforms to determine which one would best fit our current needs. Based on what I have gathered so far, if you are a complete beginner, Voiceflow may be the better option due to the limited but more precise choices available in its interface.

What do you charge to integrate this service?

Very helpful. Is it possible to integrate Voice interactions, so users can talk directly to the bot and connect APIs such as Whisper and Elevenlabs in unison with chatGPT4?

Awesome work! Thanks man, I've been searching for a tutorial like this. Just got a question though, What if a website has a log in features for users does the chatbot adjust on when it was logged or not. If it does not adjust do you know a solution for it? Thanks in advance.
@Corbin_Brown Жыл бұрын
Thank you! In the context where you would like to use two different versions of the chatbot depending on the user's location, I would suggest implementing the chatbot with code. So, in this scenario, I would create one chatbot for the non-logged-in user and another for the logged-in user. Depending on the user's state, I would then showcase the specific chatbot to them. Depending on the level of complexity you want to achieve, you can also showcase a chatbot based on the URL, such as /Home or /Pricing, for example.
@owamagno26 Жыл бұрын
@@Corbin_Brown Amazing idea man, I also found another method where you would need to check if the user is logged in. Like checking for a user ID, a session token, or some other indicator of a logged-in state. This would depend on how the website handles user authentication. If the user is logged in, we can then customize the chatbot's responses to include additional options or information. Basically, I just have to add a user login check on the chat bot flow. Anyway, thanks for the quick prompt man really appreciate it.

@@owamagno26 Sounds good, that method will definitely work out as well. Cheers!

@rishavmishra5786 Жыл бұрын
@@Corbin_Brown no error, it just does nothing like it did in your first try.
@Corbin_Brown Жыл бұрын
@@rishavmishra5786 I would suggest that the best way to troubleshoot this issue is by examining Voiceflow's "Travel Assistant (ChatGPT)" template. There are many similar processes built into that template that you see here. Therefore, you could walk through the logic of that template and see if anything stands out!

what to do if a client replies with multiple messages and thus breaks the message chain ?
@Corbin_Brown Жыл бұрын
Chatbots can be designed for one-on-one message-based dialogues, where the user chooses from multiple-choice options and follows different paths. This design allows for expanding the conversation with multiple messages when the user is not satisfied with the predefined or AI-generated answers.

Thanks. Just asking. If I were to implement a chat bot on instagram. What do I do if a client posts a lot of messages?
@Corbin_Brown Жыл бұрын
@@Nursultan_karazhigit In this context, it would require additional logic that takes into account all of the users' messages.
