Somehow after one whole year of shifting to a hill resort where I have at a stones throw a "Rain Waterfall" for three- four months, even a landslide( this year) at a distance of 8-kms, i am unable to gain Confidence, in growin my Desi Gulab. Ma’am greetings from Goa🙏 I am a new gardener and I bought some rose plants in plastic pots and I have planted portulaca plants together with the rose plant it has caught up very well and both plants are blooming with this fine rains we are getting this month of June so my question to you ma’am is that I am dreading that maybe the rose plants won’t grow healthy in the long run. So now should I leave it as it is or remove the portulaca plant away from the rose plants. Please advise me on this thank you 🙏

I started gardening 5 months back and I realised I wasted 52 yrs of my life and I was born for gardening only. So far I have gifted Torai, bhindi, kaddu seedlings, gulab, Shami, kaner, snake plant and Harsingar cuttings. I am trying to make Amla and Harsingar saplings for distribution. Today one of my colleagues was upset with me bcoz I refused to give Kitchen waste compost to her. Well, how could I? When I have already told her that I myself have bought 50 kg compost so far and need 10 kg more. Anyway, she was a little pacified when promised to give torai, kheera, and kaddu saplings to her. Gardening is truly the most rewarding hobby.
